Job Summary

The suitable candidate for this job profile should entail the zeal in latest remote sensing product development and latest tools. The candidate must have at least post graduation in remote sensing or related domain. The candidates having experience in python/R will be preferred. The candidate needs to be a team player having capability to work with a cross-functional team.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Strong knowledge in Python/R.
• Experience in open source tools such as QGIS, GRASS.

Preferred Experience/Skills

• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with high growth.
• Highly Organised and skilled in time management and prioritizing ability.
• Sense of responsibility in task completion and dependability.
• Proficient in communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in working with Microwave satellite data.
• Experience in Ubuntu or any UNIX based OS.

Roles and Responsibilites

• Day in and day out working on programming to automate the processing.
• Developing remote sensing based products such as soil moisture, evapotranspiration, crop classification.
• Organise data, code, clean up pipeline, and produce weekly reporting.
• Update the code regularly to git and document the code regularly.

Qualification

• Post Graduation In Remote Sensing Or Related Field.
