MyFarm mobile application, a satellite-based agricultural smartphone application, is mainly developed to help the users for understanding the farm health, providing irrigation advisory as well as dealing with the weather forecast. It is a simple application whereas the user plots his/her farm boundary and the requirements about the farm are provided through the same.

How does it work?

The user can easily plot a farm in the add farm section of the application. Before going to plot a farm, users have to fill up the farm name, crop type in the farm, and age of the crop. After proving your all details of the farm, you will come to your current farm location where a satellite-based map already exists in the background. Alternately users can also reach to his/her farm by mentioning the exact latitude and longitude of that location, where they can draw their boundary.

Once the farm is plotted, your  farm will be stored in the MyFarm application. Now you can see your drawn farm. Once clicked on your farm, you can check your farm status by clicking the soil moisture (SM), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI), and weather data according to date. We further offer the time-series data including SM, NDVI, EVI, and weather forecast based on our historical data for your farm monitoring in an enhanced way. 

So, now the users can check their farm status at any time from any location and take necessary actions based on their farm condition. Moreover, users will get notified once in a week about their farm advisories while their farms are registered in our apps.
