Dr. Sat Kumar Tomer received M.E. and PhD from IISC, Bengaluru in 2008, and 2013, respectively. Afterwards, he has worked as a Research Associate at the Centre d’Etudes Spatiles de la BIOSphere (CESBIO), Toulouse, France for three years.
