Satyukt API

An Application programming interface is an intermediary interface that allows two applications to interact with each other. Here, we adopt API to provide soil moisture (SM), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) as special parameters for a farm monitoring. These components are utilized as a part of the functionality of Satyukt API in the agricultural sector. Thus it helps the farmers to enhance data-driven precision farming.

The Satyukt API can be used by the following procedure,

Step 1. Where to start?

To access the data, users need to get an API key. Please contact Satyukt for the Key.

With the key user can upload your farm boundary in Satyukt API.

STEP 2. How to upload the polygon?

User can upload the desired coordinates by using the below URL

Then add your GeoJSON of your farm, as the body payload. The GeoJSON must be in Satyukt standard format.

Then add your farm coordinates in terms of longitude and latitude in the form of Satyukt standard format. Once you put all of your coordinates from your end, your farm will be directly stored in our MICRO sensing database.

The upload API response will be a unique ID, your mentioned Coordinates, and your name. This ID needs to be used for searching the data.
